Welcome to Sitenetic. Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Sitenetic and governs data collection and usage. Sitenetic provides Information Technology Consulting Services. By using the Sitenetic website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
2. Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Sitenetic may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Sitenetic’s public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

6. Tracking User Behavior
Sitenetic may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Sitenetic, in order to determine what Sitenetic services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Sitenetic to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
7. Our Customers
Sitenetic provides its customers Subscription Services that allow customers to build webpages, that people can visit to learn more about their business. Customers may also use third party services to help them provide their specific services. When customers use the Subscription Service or third party services, they may collect Personal Data such as first and last name, email address, physical address, or phone number. Sitenetic does not control the content of these webpages or the types of Personal Data that our customers may choose to collect or manage using the Subscription Service. That Personal Data is controlled by them and is used, disclosed and protected by them according to their privacy policies. Sitenetic processes our customers’ information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our customers, and we store it on our service providers’ servers.
8. Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Sitenetic. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Sitenetic website.

12. Right to Deletion

Sitenetic does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
14. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe from Third Party Communications
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving communications from third-party partners Sitenetic uses for marketing purposes.

15. E-mail Communications
From time to time, Sitenetic may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Sitenetic or click on a link therein.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Sitenetic, you may opt out of such communications by Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in marketing emails. If you can’t find the link please email support@sitenetic.com and let us know you non longer wish to receive email communications.
16. External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
17. Transfer of Business
In the event of a sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or other transfer (collectively, “Transfer”) involving Sitenetic (“the Company”), we reserve the right to transfer all of the Company’s rights, obligations, assets, and liabilities, including but not limited to personal data and user information collected by the Company, to a new entity (“Successor Entity”). Such a Transfer will not diminish your rights under this Terms of Service without your consent.
Upon such Transfer, the Successor Entity will assume the rights and obligations as described in this Terms of Service in place of the Company, and will be entitled to all rights and control over the assets and liabilities transferred as part of the business. The Successor Entity will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service, and shall be granted the right to modify the Terms of Service in the future as set forth herein.
You acknowledge and agree that such Transfers may occur, and that any Successor Entity of Sitenetic may continue to operate the business and use your information as set forth in this Terms of Service. This provision is intended to ensure a seamless transition of services and obligations to you in the event of a Transfer, and you hereby consent to such Transfer and continuation of the business by the Successor Entity under the terms of this Terms of Service.
18. Changes to this Statement
Sitenetic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
